Everything's gonna be okay, Beth.

Bethany's a regular ninth grader. She was born in the USA, but now lives with her mom and dad in the Czech Republic, in an apartment building on a housing estate. He has a lot of good and not so good friends. When her parents go to Sri Lanka to work at the beginning of the school year, she moves in with her grandmother. He continues to go to school, makes up stories… and he's losing weight.

Her friends Matilda and Hortenzie are so „ nice“, that they help her to buy nice clothes and show her the magic of the gym. Bethany works out hard every day and just skips meals. One annoying classmate notices and tries to help her, but it's too late. Beth is taken to the hospital and given a clear diagnosis: mental anorexia.

Can Beth recover, make new friends and maybe even find her first boyfriend? What about back to school and high school entrance exams?
