Václav Čtvrtek: The Tale of the Dragon from Turk's Gate

A story about how difficult it is to bring order to the land and give justice. One day, they check the records of human sins committed in hell and find that the devils have not been watching the events in the village of Turkova Vrata for a long time. If they look hard enough, they'll see the Turkovratec City Council meeting. She is currently suing the cottager's goat for damaging the mayor's daughter, Liduna. The devils get scared, lest the earth be worse than hell, and so decide that the matter must be dealt with?
