In captivity

A betrayal that hurt more than the truth

Marfil isn't the same person she used to be. It turns out that everything she believed to be true was just another lie. Sebastian has also entangled her in a web of intrigue and deceit.
Her enemies will try to break her, possess her, blackmail her; Marfil will even witness the underworld's most cruel and despicable acts with her own eyes… Now, finding herself in danger, what she needs most is someone to whisper in her ear that everything will be okay. Even if it's just another lie.
Sebastian is always on her mind, but wounded by his betrayal, Marfil forces herself to feel nothing for him. However, as the secrets begin to unravel, not even her iron will can make her hate him as much as she wants to.
Is it even possible for Marfil to forgive him? Can she break free from the past and listen to her heart? Will she be able to heal her soul?
