Dawn of the Shadow Dragons

Many years have passed since the dramatic events that forever changed the face of the island town of Arcosi. The cruel duke was overthrown and dragon riders took his place.
Twelve-year-old Joe wants nothing more than to have his own dragon. But when luck fails to smile upon him during the sacred hatching ritual, his whole world collapses, and he runs away from home in shame. He befriends a silent girl, Winter, who lives in the underground tunnels beneath the island. Together they discover the forgotten eggs of mythical shadow dragons.
Meanwhile, the island faces a new threat. This is represented not only by the Brotherhood, whose members are soldiers loyal to the old duke, but mainly by the Mount Bara volcano, which has come back to life after years.
FOR JOE, THIS MEANS ONLY ONE THING: IT' S TIME TO STOP REGRETTING AND BECOME A HERO!
