Twelve Chapters from Jewish Literature

The twelve chapters of Jewish literature are actually a very long walk through the literary landscape. The book can be read in order, as it follows a timeline from biblical times to contemporary Israel, or at random, as which period and literary works interest the reader, or just flip through it and be inspired by the diverse stories from different time periods. As an anthology of texts, the book should first and foremost invite the reader to reach out and read a book or books close to his or her heart.
