Training the game's naturalness

The famous coaching authority Luděk Bukač deals with the issue of the current decline of "game brains". The essence of his book is to introduce sports coaches, coaches, teachers and, last but not least, parents to how self-awareness works in sports performance and, based on this, to outline a new way of approaching the education of sports talents. Stereotypical application of the outdated model of methodized training brings immense losses to practice. It is therefore necessary to use modern coaching experience and new neuroscientific and psychological knowledge about game performance and training and to focus on building the game nature of players.

The essence of the effectiveness of training is explained by a brain mechanism revealed by science. Self-awareness is considered to be a crucial phenomenon of this mechanism. The self, the self, the self, the soul, the mind, or the subjectively conceived and interpreted game activity becomes the criterion of success and failure for performance. To better understand the game self, it is not enough to know the methodological procedures of practice and training. Penetrating the mysteries of player nature requires an understanding of the importance of the state and influence of the player's mind on his performance and the unity of body and brain.
