Tomorrow and tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow
Coincidence brought them back together. But neither has any idea how convoluted an adventure through the game industry they will have to go through...
Sadie Green and Sam Masur met in a hospital playroom in the 1980s. They found a welcome escape in the pixels of the platformers Super Mario or Duck Hunt, and a much-needed solace in each other's company. When they reunite years later at the University of Cambridge in Boston, they decide to turn their passion for video games into a joint project. Under their hands, the studio Unfair Games is gradually born, which over three decades becomes a source of phenomenal successes and bitter failures, dreams fulfilled and quarrels, bitterness and disappointment. Sadie faces programming limits and pervasive chauvinism, while Sam faces a struggle because of his ethnicity and physical disability. And while they both ride the roller coaster of professional and relationship milestones, they have no idea that tragedy is about to strike...

A charming novel. The world Zevinová has created in it is multi-layered, vast and playful, just like her characters.
