Till blood do us part

Instead of enjoying his well-deserved retirement, Zagreb lawyer Željko finds himself in his old age investigating a murder that took place during the 1990s, amidst a massacre committed by Serbian insurgents in Croatia.
To his surprise, Željko realises that he is facing what might be the toughest case of his career. With the help of his dynamic daughter Nela, he gradually uncovers the horrifying circumstances of the crime, untangling a web of tragic fates and traumatic events that reach all the way back to the Second World War. The main character must therefore start up his Passat, in which he keeps a Glock pistol and a leg of prosciutto for every eventuality, and sets off to open old graves where he himself could easily end up.
