Through the Woods Collector's Edition (PC) DIGITAL

The horror adventure Through the Woods takes you into a dark forest where you, as a mother, are searching for your lost son. The story is heavily inspired by Norse mythology and Norwegian art, which is reflected in the game's atmosphere and environment. The title combines elements of the action and simulation genres. In addition to the game itself, this digital collector's edition for PC also includes bonus content in the form of an artbook and soundtrack.

Story and Atmosphere of the Dark Forest

Through the Woods focuses on the emotional storytelling of a mother who ventures into a dangerous forest to find her son. The environment is portrayed from a child's perspective, with all their fears and fantasies. As you play, you will uncover dark stories from the past and present that contribute to the overall grim atmosphere. The creative use of light and dark plays an important role, drawing you into a story inspired by Norwegian folk tales.

Collector's Edition and the Game's Origin

This collector's edition enhances the gaming experience with bonus materials. In addition to the base game, you will also receive a digital artbook and the official soundtrack, allowing you to explore the artistic style and listen to the music outside of the game. Interestingly, the title began as an ambitious project by Norwegian students, who were able to complete it thanks to support from Kickstarter and subsequent collaboration with a publisher.
