Therapeutic use of taping

The book presents a comprehensive treatment of the issue of taping. It is currently one of the most popular methods in physiotherapy, rehabilitation medicine and also in the therapy of athletes. The book is not only practically oriented, as it is usually the case with similar publications. In addition to practical applications for specific diagnoses and clinical conditions, the book also provides a detailed description of the techniques of taping and mainly the principle of its action on the body, the history of taping and the physiology of the effect of taping depending on its properties.
The book is a follow-up to the successful previous publication entitled Therapeutic Use of Kinesio Tap and, like the previous book, it is intended for sports physicians, orthopaedists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, medical and non-medical professionals and is also suitable for students, especially bachelor's and master's students specializing in health care.
