Klára grew up in Prague and doesn't know that her life began on the rugged west coast of Ireland. She has no idea that she was once dumped on the doorstep of an orphanage. After the death of her newborn son and the breakdown of her marriage, her world is shattered into pieces. He leaves to forget and find his roots. On the cliffs, beaches and in chronicles, he unravels the fate of his ancestors closely linked to the history of the island.
