The raft in the laws

A war is brewing in Prague between rival groups of the Russian-speaking mafia. Officer Captain Karel Krol of the Organized Crime Detection Unit loses a colleague and long-time friend in the investigation. To get revenge, he must take justice into his own hands and resort to illegal methods. There is not much time left, as the judge has released the guilty Russian mafia boss - a "lawman" - and he is about to flee abroad.
