The lad with the painful tattoo

Audiobook The Boy with the Painful Tattoo, written by Josh Lanyon, translated by Kateřina Niklová. Read by Petr Štěpán, directed by Ondřej Černý. Holmes & Moriarity #3 The third instalment of the Holmes & Moriarity detective series has the same strengths as the previous ones: a sarcastic writer as the protagonist, a former police officer as the voice of reason, and, of course, a murder that needs to be solved quicker than you can say “Miss Butterwith”. Holmes is moving. Somehow, against all his instincts, Kit has bought a house with JX. But while JX is away at a writers’ conference, Kit opens a box that is supposed to contain either old books or new china. He finds neither. Inside, in a drift of green polystyrene pellets, he discovers a body. A stone-dead body. And it was such a nice neighbourhood.
