The Island

The second half of the twenty-third century, two hundred years after the Apocalypse.
Gowery and his friend, Hal Hargo, go into high orbit in a captured drone to visit the orbital city of Coda3. Their mission is to find one particular cryobox, awaken a legendary warrior from hibernation and bring her back to Earth. And not only that. Cody3 exploration alone can be useful, and explorers can fall into the lap of the most advanced technologies of the twenty-first century, long lost knowledge and ultimate weapons. Whoever controls Codu3 will rule Europe.
So far, they are at the beginning of a long journey. They don't even know if anyone still lives in the orbital city, or if Coda3 is just a dead mess of damaged structures.
