The Holy Grail

It is 1368 and the Dominican Paul as an agent of the Emperor and King Charles IV. arranges the imperial coronation of Charles's fourth wife, Elizabeth of Pomerania, in Rome. Despite this, the new empress and Paul do not agree much, jealous of his friendly relationship with the Emperor, and to get rid of him, demands, to expand the collection of relics at Karlštejn with the most precious one - the Holy Grail, chalice, from which Christ drank at the Last Supper. Dominican Paul knows how unlikely it is that he will find this relic, yet he sets out on his journey. But other relic collectors are following in his footsteps.
