The Gravedigger and Murder in the Crypt

Vienna in 1895: Inspector Leopold von Herzfeldt investigates the mysterious death of a man in the crypt under St Stephen's Cathedral. The dead man's head hair was seemingly unbroken, only his face was marked with the horror of death. Did he die of a simple heart attack or was he the victim of a vicious crime? The inspector turns to his friend Rothmayer, the undertaker, for advice. Of course, he needs help too. Anna, an orphan, alerted him to children mysteriously disappearing from the city orphanage.
