A Crime Novel from a Homicide Squad Legend
Petr Prokop is living a decent life in a world where money determines your quality of life. He is an instructor at a golf club, where he meets the wife of one of the richest men in the country. His all-too-positive relationship with women opens up a path for him to devise a plan: to commit murder and obtain the coveted key to a golden cage, making his life easier. Will Petr succeed in getting the key to his dream life, or will his scheme lead him to a metaphorical fall into hell?
Petr Prokop's story is about overcoming obstacles, ruthlessness on the path to wealth, the measurability of human life's value in material riches, and the mills of justice that never stop grinding. It's about how when someone who ruthlessly and relentlessly pursues their dream has their wish fulfilled, it can happen in a way that is also a punishment.
