The crown of a poisoned tree

The audiobook The Crown of the Poisoned Tree, written by Vlaďka Sacká, narrated by Marek Holý. HAS THE WORLD LEARNED THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT THE PHILADELPHIA EXPERIMENT, OR IS IT ALL JUST A MYTH AND MANIPULATION? Adam Turner, a British soldier and Afghanistan veteran, finds himself on the most dangerous mission of his life after being assigned one of the most difficult tasks ever. As an experienced professional, he thought nothing could surprise him, but he was wrong. He finds himself in the middle of a foreign world, in Edegom, which is ruled by a mad and cruel emperor. Human life means nothing here, and anything even remotely resembling the practice of magic brings certain death. In this strange world, Adam becomes a puppet in a power play and must rely on the help of a local sorceress, an assassin, and a seasoned protector to face all the challenges and get closer to the truth. He must decide wisely who he can trust before it's too late. But he begins to ask himself: What is the point of fighting in a foreign war? And what will it mean for humanity if he loses this fight?
