The citizen between the law and Murphy's Law
The publication brings a collection of humorously ironic feuilletons with which the author commented in the weekly Listy Moravskoslezské on the political and social events that over the course of the year overwhelmed the ordinary citizen. The strange - almost surreal - thing is the discovery that, despite the five-year gap, practically nothing has managed to fade from the relevance of the poignant irony. Perhaps only the names of the ruling leaders have changed. Whether the government positions are held by a left-wing or right-wing coalition, virtually nothing has changed for ordinary people in terms of their lives, their suffering with taxes and bureaucratic moloch. The humour of Artur Kokse helps to bear it. And his personal, incredibly creative suggestions for remedy are inspiring to say the least.
