The Circadian Code to Beat Diabetes
Hope and prevention for everyone
Not only can we effectively prevent diabetes, but we can also mitigate its progression and sometimes even reverse it. This is all thanks to timing when we eat, when we don't eat, when we exercise, and what light we expose ourselves to and when.
Satchin Panda, a world expert on circadian rhythms, uses scientific research to prove that even small changes in our daily routine can lead to improvements in diabetes and may reduce medication dosages. Thanks to his 12-week programme, you will learn everything you need to know, improve your health, and the only thing you will lose are your problems.
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic disease that increases the risk of other serious illnesses. One in ten of us suffers from diabetes, and the same number of people have undiagnosed prediabetes! Take your health into your own hands and enjoy a long life without limitations.
You will learn
- About the breakthrough in treating and preventing diabetes using circadian rhythms. - Why when you eat matters more than what you eat. - What most often disrupts our rhythms and how to fix it. - How to prepare for a check-up, what documents to have ready for the doctor, and what tests to request. - How to understand laboratory results for glycaemia, LDL, HDL, HbA1c, and more.
As part of the 12-week time-restricted eating programme, you will learn to:
- Determine your eating window. - Plan the type and time of your meals according to your circadian rhythm. - Exercise at the right time to control your blood glucose levels. - Get better sleep to regulate all your body's organs. - Optimally time your medication intake.
