It' s October 6th, just before midnight, and war correspondent David Borek is lying in a hotel bed in Kiev. He falls asleep and his head is filled with completely mundane thoughts. However, a day later he wakes up to a brutal morning. Hamas terrorists attacked Israel and unleashed the worst massacre in the state' s history. Nothing will be the same again. What follows is a rapid transition from one war to another and 12 months of journalistic work as a Czech Television correspondent in Israel.
