The best day for dying

Thompson can't live with either humans or elves. For some he is a hated half-elf, for others a despised half-man. His home is now the goblin city of Likario. He gets hired as a mercenary, explores old temples and searches for treasures, fights orcs and ancient creatures.
It has two goals. First: to survive and keep his family alive. Second: to take revenge on those who wronged him. Both are very difficult, but Thompson is not giving up.
The book "The Best Day for Dying" presents stories that are at the very beginning of the internal chronology of the Borderlands cycle.
