The Alchemist - comics

The Alchemist has been adapted into a manga-style comic! The biggest Brazilian bestseller of all time continues to attract new readers, three and a half decades after its first publication. It has now been adapted into a comic book, which once again successfully tells the almost fairy-tale-like story of a Spanish shepherd's journey to find a buried treasure, based on the story of a fulfilled dream from the collection One Thousand and One Nights. It is both a call to fulfil one's own destiny and to recognise the sacredness of the world we live in. On the path to this dual treasure, full of trials and important encounters, one must heed all the signs and, with constant patience and courage (like an alchemist watching the transformation of ordinary metal into gold), transform one's very personality.
