Tenants of a supernatural nature

Corvinian Hark had plans to become the next big bad.
Instead, he ended up managing a house full of magical tenants. This little career detour was only supposed to be temporary. But it's been temporary for eight years.

However, the situation is not getting better, on the contrary, everything is getting more and more bloated. His newest tenant may very well be an ordinary person. And that means no more magic in the corridors and a strict curfew for all skeletons in the closets. Mostly, though, it means if he doesn't check this girl out, he'll get fired. Which would be a real shame, because in this house he has a bed, his stuff, and pretty much all his friends.
He'll just shove her into a room between a vampire and a harpy and hope she doesn't notice. What could possibly go wrong?
