Spirituality of the Sacred Earth

The book is both a personal and social statement on spirituality for our time. It is based on the premise of non-duality – the inner and the outer, the divine and the earthly, creating a harmony of co-existence. It develops the experience of the sacred plurality of cultures, religions and forms of life, and connects care, relatedness and the recognition of our vulnerability. The author gradually guides us through four paths: via positiva (beauty and gratitude), via negativa (darkness and transience), via creativa (creativity and imagination) and via transformativa (social transformation). He draws on personal spiritual and therapeutic experience, the current planetary crisis, and inspiration from mystical traditions (especially the Christian spirituality of creation and engaged Buddhism). The result is a “manifesto” of co-existence – a vision that invites compassion, courage, and a new culture of life.
