Sonny Boy - Memoirs

This exclusive autobiography of one of the greatest acting icons of the last century reaches fans of more than just film. In the book, Al Pacino describes his beginnings in the slums, his dark days in the ghettos, and his subsequent love of acting, which lasted throughout his life and made him a film and theatre legend. The book includes details from the making of his most famous films, in which he starred, as well as his views on life and the times in which he grew up. I've been playing since I was a kid. When I was three or four years old, my mother used to take me to the movies. During the day she did menial work in the factory, and when she came home, her only company was her son. She had no idea at the time that she was creating my future by visiting the biographers. I immediately clung to the actors on the screen. I had no one to play with in our apartment and we didn't have a TV yet, so I had a lot of time to think about the movie I had just watched. I went through the characters in my mind and brought them to life one by one at home. I learned to be friends with my imagination. When you're happy alone, sometimes it's a blessing, especially for the people you share your life with.
