Škrhola and his adventures

Škrhola and His Adventures

A heartwarming story about friendship, courage, and the mysteries hidden in the forest and in our own hearts.

Deep in the Borecký Forest, in a burrow under an old oak tree, lives Škrhola the gnome – cheerful, a little absent-minded, but kind-hearted. Together with his friends – Mejla the badger, Stružinka the fairy, and the curious Trnoš – he experiences more than one adventure. Together they face the challenges that both the forest and life itself throw at them, and they learn that friendship, mutual trust, and the ability to listen are the keys to overcoming even the darkest of shadows.

The story tells of the power of nature, the balance between the worlds of humans and the creatures of the forest, and how even the smallest among us can play a big role. In fairytale language, with both humour and tenderness, it shows how beautiful it is when beings of different origins unite for the common good.

For children aged 7 and up, and for adults who haven't forgotten how to dream.
