Kateřina Karolová
Kateřina Karolová (1981) is a doctor, blogger, and writer. She worked as a paediatrician at Baťa Hospital in Zlín and later at a clinic in Germany. She now cares for young patients at a children's sanatorium in Luhačovice. She collaborates with the company HiPP, for which she writes articles and brochures. In her 'Baby talk' podcasts, she shares her experiences with listeners as both a paediatrician and a mother. She lives in Zádveřice-Raková, near Vizovice, in a semi-secluded house in the Wallachian meadows. She loves gardening, grows herbs, and makes dried blends from them to support immunity and relieve illnesses. She was born an identical twin and married a man who also has an identical copy of himself. They had three sons over a period of three years. In 2018, she was voted Woman of the Year by readers of ONA Dnes. She used to write blogs, for which she received several awards, and now focuses on writing fiction (Já, doktorin, Zítřek ti nikdo neslíbil, Odbočka v lesích – all published by XYZ).
