Sherlock Holmes 4: The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes

Doctor Watson once again draws from the numerous cases where his friend became famous for his extraordinary abilities, and we become not only listeners but direct participants in more than one strange drama. A selection of the most interesting and tangled of the criminal proceedings of Victorian England awaits us. From the story in which Sherlock, sitting in his wingback chair by the fireplace, tells us how he took on his first adventure and what predetermined his path as a consultant detective, to the most serious case of his career, in which he measures his strength against an adversary with an intellect as brilliant as his own. The pinnacle of London's criminal underworld, the Napoleon of Crime, Professor James Moriarty, arrives on the scene.
