Sex life represents one of the important values of life. The book provides a guide to sexual response and experience training based on the author's many years of experience in treating a variety of sexual problems and disorders in both men and women. The actual training is divided into seven lessons, with illustrative explanations and schematic pictures. Attention is also paid to the inner emotional experiences of men who usually do not show them. Although the author is concerned with sexual technique, the book makes it clear that valuable sex is part of mutual understanding and an emotional relationship. Emotional relationship and sex are mutually reinforcing and life enriching together.
