Secrets from the storm

Kamila had always believed the universe was on her side – just as her father used to tell her. But her father died, her mum retreated into herself, and her best friend traded her for the popular school crowd. Kamila finds refuge in the local library, where she often crosses paths with school outsider Joe. After a strange storm traps them in a narrow alley, she finds an abandoned kitten. Albert, as she names him, is peculiar – far too strong for his tiny body. When a symbol is burned onto her wardrobe door, Kamila and Joe discover it’s a map. But the map leads to a bigger mystery than they could have ever imagined. Albert might not be just an ordinary kitten, but the key to something much greater.
