Can they find the evidence before the storm destroys everything?
A distress call brings investigator Sloan McPherson and the Underwater Search Program unit to a cruise ship off the coast of Fort Lauderdale that has experienced a mysterious explosion. With what appears to be an eco-terrorist attack and other ships in danger, the race against time begins - plus a tropical storm is approaching that could destroy all evidence. Sloan is determined to investigate every lead, but the investigation overlooks key details and the lukewarm attitude of her superiors doesn't inspire confidence either.
What is this all about? The closer Sloan gets to the truth, the clearer he realizes that there is something far more disturbing at play than the official explanation would suggest...
