Scythe and stone

With the help of journalist Štěpán Mánek, Marie Kovandová once again comes close to murder. Major Pavlata and Captain Klensky are investigating the case, but Marie is also interested in the matter. The name of the dead engineer Severy is being invoked everywhere. It turns out that he was an unpopular person, he had disputes with the neighbours and his ex-wife. He devoted himself to his hobby - collecting folk tales and local history, but other researchers did not recognize him. How was he connected to the treasure hunters? And why was he so interested in a long-ago car crash in which a nine-year-old boy lost his life? What did he know about the army corruption scandal that Štěpán Mánek wrote about some time ago?
