Three years after successfully infiltrating Escobar's Medellín cartel, Agent Robert Mazur, who still has a half-a-million-dollar bounty on his head, returns to action with a new identity: Robert Baldasare. Baldasare has been sent to Panama, where he works, travels, parties, and launders millions with Central America's criminal elite. But as his reputation in the underworld skyrockets, the secret operation begins to spiral out of control. Dirty money is intercepted on its way to him on American soil. He observes disturbing changes within the cartel's inner circle. Baldasare's contacts have been murdered and he himself is being followed. His secret identity has been compromised. But he continues the dangerous game, obsessed with seeing the mission through to the end: to expose the Cali cartel, find the traitor, and get out of it all alive.
