Sámo

What happens when a little slave girl overhears a conversation she definitely shouldn't have heard? And yet he inadvertently reveals it to someone who doesn't need this conversation to be known in the slightest? Right, it needs to be moved out of the way!

This was exactly the situation Bára found herself in, while she was discovering that what she remembered from her history books about the Sámi Empire was in fact somewhat different. But no one will ever believe her, even if she does eventually escape the dangerous schemes of powerful men.

In her books, historian Veronika Válková transports readers to real, real history, where she and Bára experience exciting moments, but they also learn a lot.
