Ruler of the Starry Sky

EVEN A SCOUNDREL CAN HAVE A GOOD HEART…

Before he became the Bargainer and met his love, Callypso, Desmond Flynn was just the illegitimate son of a simple scribe. He had to hide his magical abilities from others, but the Otherworld is a cruel place where weakness is not forgiven, and so he was treated little better than a slave. As was his mother.

Desmond spent his childhood on Arestys, the poorest isle in the Kingdom, and to the rest of the Otherworld, he was an ordinary, powerless fae. But fate had other plans for him, leading him from deep caves through the criminal underworld of Bardos and the battlefields on the border of the Kingdom of Day, to the corridors of the palace in Somnia and the alleyways of the great cities on Earth.

This is the story of Desmond Flynn. A man who came from nothing to become the ruler of the night sky, to save not only himself and his people, but also one unfortunate girl the stars had destined for him…
