Irene loves romance novels, but she has yet to find love herself. As a successful online reviewer, she decides to find a relationship using what she knows best: book tropes. But her rival, Aiden, challenges her to a competition: who can find a date this way faster? When they are forced to work together on a fake dating scheme, Irene discovers that her ideas about romance and Aiden are starting to crumble.
