Under the Tuscan sun

The audiobook of memories is based on the diary of the first five years of the author's stay in Tuscany. Together with her boyfriend Ned, she purchased an abandoned country estate and decided to renovate it so as not to destroy its original charm. Anyone who has ever renovated a house knows that a whole book would not be enough to describe the peripetias associated with it. The author describes the work on the house and the encounter with the peculiar Italian character with a keen but humorous insight. The history that literally permeates the landscape, the delicious yet simple Italian cuisine and the beautiful nature merge into a rich mosaic of stories and narratives, which the author has spiced up with more than fifty original recipes.
