Pictorial dictionary of veterinary anatomy
The Picture Dictionary of Veterinary Anatomy is an illustrated handbook of anatomical nomenclature. It is based on the Nomina Anatomica Veterinaria – a terminological compilation published by the World Association of Veterinary Anatomists. It contains over 6,500 illustrations of anatomical structures along with their names and definitions. It allows the reader not only to get an idea of the individual body parts of selected species (cat, dog, rabbit, ungulates), but also to understand the relationships between these structures. The publication will be useful for students of veterinary medicine, their teachers, scientists and clinicians.
