Petr Nárožný Comedians and Clowns Club 1.

It's unbelievable, but everything can be made into a well-functioning office. It just takes a capable official. The secretary of the Comedians and Clowns Club is even capable of anything. He resembles the actor Petr Nározný like an egg to an egg. He himself claims to be his double, but the evil tongues say that it is probably something similar to the case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Be that as it may, the secretary of the club, who would like to stamp everything and abolish humour, is taking office again and so will gradually introduce the most interesting members of this original institution.
