Peter and Lucie

This year marks the centenary of the end of the First World War, at the end of which the plot of the novel Petr and Lucie, which has been enticing readers since its publication, takes place. The love story of two young people - a naive boy from a better background and a more experienced girl who knows what life is all about, but who also knows how to love with all her heart - is so vivid even after a hundred years that it could still happen today. A new modern translation by Tomáš Havel, which launches the CooBoo Classics edition.
