Everyone is familiar with patient information leaflets. They come in the medicine box and are considered essential. I'm not a medical expert. I'm not a doctor. Rather, I'm a long-term patient with a number of unexpected relapses. Because I'm concerned about the side effects, unwanted reactions, and possible harmful consequences described in the professional leaflets, I've decided to share some of my long-term experiences with people who, like me, prefer home remedies over a doctor's prescription.
