The history of the Malešice estate as part of the university's property represents a unique example of the relationship between the authorities and an agricultural unit, which long remained in the shadow of the more significant centre in Michle. The publication traces the development of the university's holdings in the territory of Malešice and its previous history, focusing on the unusual relationship between the Charles-Ferdinand University, its faculties, and state authorities. Until the beginning of the 20th century, these significantly influenced the management of the property and the form of the farm complex, whose baroque building remains a testament to the administrative methods of that era.
