Orcigard

In ancient times, Orcigard was home to the empire of the Pterra, beings with human bodies and birds' heads. Over the centuries, Orcigard has transformed into a vast swampland. Orcs live scattered throughout the land, and various monsters roam its wastes. In the old temples, now submerged in the marshes, gold and valuable artefacts lie hidden. Orcigard is still ruled by Alarich Touraine, known as the Dark Mage, but his power is waning. Uprisings are breaking out against him, and treasure hunters and orc-scalp hunters are invading his territory. In these turbulent times, Sylvia Viktorina, the youngest daughter of the Duke of Barro, is dragged into Orcigard. To survive, she must find allies and friends—among adventurers, orcs, and monsters alike. The book Orcigard is the final part of the Likarian trilogy, loosely following on from The Best Day to Die and Likario.
