Murder with a clue

A young woman found dead in her bathtub by a neighbor was on the autopsy table of medical examiner Julie Schwarz. It looks like electrocution, but there's something wrong with the whole thing. In addition, she finds a strange tattoo on the victim's head that leads her to an encrypted message. It contains a task that Julie cannot solve and that even Commissioner Florian Kessler despairs about. One thing is certain: if they don't find the answer in time, someone else will die.
