A 20-year-old case Commissioner Carter and Inspector Campbell can't solve alone, so Alan Markby and Meredith Mitchell return!
Alan Markby has solved a lot of cases in his police career. But some also went unanswered. One is the two-decade-old case of missing Rebecca Hellington, who went to visit her parents for the weekend and hasn't been seen since. When information gets back to Markby, that sheds a whole new light on her disappearance, ...it sets off a merry-go-round of events, that will affect more than just Markby and his wife Meredith, but also Inspector Carter and Inspector Campbell, who are involved in the investigation. Where did Rebecca go 20 years ago? What happened to her? And why is it taking so long for new evidence to emerge?
