A book inspired by the true story of a man who was sentenced to fifteen years in prison in a mock trial. At just 19 years old, he went through the very cruel interrogation methods of the StB and experienced human cruelty at its most brutal.

It was no different after the verdict. The eight years spent in the uranium mines in the Jáchymov region, the inhuman conditions and the daily struggle for life, all this had an impact not only on his physical health, but also on his mental health.
