The book recalls the rich motoring past in Moravia. It brings to life motorsport events, circuit layouts and racing venues across a range of long-distance, hillclimb and city circuits.

Moravia and Silesia was a very strong region in road racing in the last century. Many of their riders ranked among our best riders in history and the name Bartos, Raspberry, Stasha, Sojka, Veřmiřovský or Ondřejík and many others, was one of the best ever, that wrote our history. Without them, the book would not have the necessary atmosphere.

It should therefore not be missing in motoring libraries. Maybe younger readers today don't even know they live in a town where the race was held. Often, even modern digitised archives cannot document how cities lived and what took place there. We have no choice but to believe that this book will somewhat repair the debt of our fathers' generation.
