Mine and the locked cloud

The Lord of the Clouds flew away on vacation and forgot to unlock the cloud over the village of Little Mina. It is slowly getting bigger and threatens to flood the whole valley. Our fairy Plum is waiting for her second adventure, in which she will meet new friends and fulfill another childhood wish. This time she will go with a little girl Mina and an anxious little cloud named Tutus.
The three of them will head to Cloud City again, and even far beyond. He discovers a secret spa for clouds, run by insistent little flame-like creatures. If they manage to unlock the cloud and it finally rains, a rainbow like the world has never seen before will appear.
