To purchase and use this product, the school must have an "o365" account and a Microsoft-assigned "o365" account. EDU Statute.
If the school does not have the status, it is possible to apply for the status through us at Microsoft. To apply for it, you must provide the following documents in PDF:
- 1) Accreditation certificate/document from the governing body
- 2) A letter from the ministry/department/board of education indicating academic accreditation/recognition/eligibility
It takes a few days for Microsoft to process the status, during which time MS checks whether the school is indeed a school and therefore eligible for an EDU licence. Once the status is confirmed, a license is immediately ordered and sent to the school: login name and one-time password to access your account.
You need an "o365" account with Microsoft to get a license

Important information for the correct purchase of a license:
If you have a Microsoft ID from another supplier, you must send this MS ID immediately after creating the order to [email protected], if you do not provide a MS ID, a new one will be generated. Microsoft ID for CSP is not compatible with home products such as. Microsoft 365 Personal/Family.
This license is for use in a school/non-profit organization. To activate the licenses, you need to provide an IZO (school identifier)/confirmation from a non-profit organization.
